What is the return/exchange policy?

During this unprecedented time of the COVID-19 pandemic, we will further be extending our policy on any unused tickets being converted into a credit. This credit can be used at dollar value towards all other Stage West services being offered such as future shows, all buffet services, tribute shows, Stage West for Kids productions and even applying them to all beverage services.

Since COVID-19, all purchased tickets were automatically credited to your account and this credit can be used at the equivalent dollar value towards our current restaurant buffet or for future ticket purchases.

No refunds are permitted once tickets or gift certificates have been purchased.

 

What if I had tickets for last couple weeks of “The Outsider”?

Tickets were automatically credited to your account and this credit can be used at the equivalent dollar value towards our current restaurant buffet or for future ticket purchases.

 

What if I had tickets for “Forever Plaid” or Soul of Motown”?

Both of these previously scheduled productions have been postponed until our 21/22 season and those tickets can be exchanged into those productions at that time.  You may also choose to use these tickets at the dollar value towards our current restaurant buffet.

 

What if I had tickets for Shania Twin, Elton Rohn, The Everly Brothers or Christmas with The King tribute concerts?

We plan to bring all these artists back! You may hang on to your tickets and we will move them over when they return or you can also use the tickets at the dollar value towards our current restaurant buffet or on future ticket purchases.

 

What if I have a Gift Certificate that expired after March 15, 2020?

We will accept those passes until September 30, 2021.

 

Why are we not running productions?

  1. Due to some of the current restrictions in place, we are unable to produce the same high-quality shows that our customers have become accustomed to.
  2. As well, since we are running at a limited seating capacity, not all tables are available which would therefore affect where our season ticket holders would be able to watch the shows from.
  3. Another result of the limited seating capacity is that it would take us approximately 4 ½ months’ worth of performances to be able to provide all of our Season Ticket Holders with the opportunity to see each production.
