No refunds are permitted once tickets or gift certificates have been purchased. Please be sure to read carefully the restrictions that may apply to certain gift certificate purchases.
Effective September 20, 2021, we will be implementing Alberta’s “Restriction Exemption Program”. If we do not apply the program, it would simply mean, we would have to close our doors. In compliance with the recent announcement by the Alberta Government and the guidelines set out by AHS to continue operating as usual, Stage West will require proof of vaccination, a medical exemption note, or negative results from a private PCR/rapid COVID test from all guests. Documentation will be required as you enter the building.

If you do not have proper documentation and would like to exchange your tickets to a later date, or have any other questions, please contact the Box Office at 403-243-6642 and they will be able to assist you.
