SAFETY

We look forward to welcoming you back. The safety of our guests and employees during the COVID-19 pandemic is our number 1 concern therefore, we please ask for your cooperation as follows:

-All guests, whether reserved or walk-ins, are required to provide contact information. This information will be kept private, will not be shared and will be used only in the event contact-tracing is required.

-If you have any symptoms related to COVID-19, if you feel sick in any way or you have traveled outside of the country in the last 14 days, please do not visit the restaurant. Reservations may be cancelled by email or by contacting the box office.

-Face masks are required by City of Calgary Bylaw in all indoor areas of the restaurant, and when you cannot properly socially distance from others, except while seated at your table. This includes at the Box Office, the lobby area, host desk, buffet room and washrooms.

-Please use hand sanitizer when you arrive.  As well, there are multiple stations throughout the dining areas that are available for use during your visit.

-There are designated entrances and exits to avoid congestion. Directional signage is in place in the lobby and buffet area.

-Table settings will be set once you have arrived at your table and all items that are re-used, such as drink menus and salt & pepper shakers etc., will be disinfected before they arrive at your table. All tables, chairs, credit card devices and hard surfaces will be cleaned between customers.

-Along with our existing hygiene and health practices, frequent additional cleanings and sanitizations throughout the restaurant will take place. High touch areas such as doorknobs, sinks and light switches will be sanitized at regular intervals.

-The layout of the restaurant has changed to accommodate social distancing. Tables have been placed at a minimum of 6ft from each other. All people at the table should be from the same cohort with a maximum seating capacity of up to 6 guests.

-While in the Buffet Room, food selections chosen by each patron will be plated by the kitchen staff and presented to the guest, all while maintaining safety protocols.

-We are ensuring all our staff are healthy and will be taking temperatures and screening daily for symptoms of illness. All food and beverage staff will abide by AHS guidelines.
